Refunds

Refunds are only valid on damaged or defective items. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 
To be eligible for a refund you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds take 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies based on your financial institution.

In order to start the return process for a damaged/defective purchase please email hello@flyboutiquecollection.com stating the item you need to return and the issue.

Fly Boutique does not cover the cost of international returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.

Returns + Exchanges

Fly Boutique will accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of fulfillment. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed or will be subject to denial

We offer returns for STORE CREDIT ONLYStore credit never expires. 

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE for a different size or another item. 

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

There is a $5TT re-stocking fee for exchanges.

Conditions

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. 

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items .

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on final sale items. No exchange or store credit is given. Flash sale promotions are final sale.

Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for exchange. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.
